She has worked at some of Boston's most acclaimed success stories, including Carbonite, TechTarget, Databox, and Klaviyo - where she is credited with leading and scaling the marketing org from infancy. Globally, she built the marketing function for Sydney-based Campaign Monitor. Agata is now lending her expertise to help founders follow in her footsteps. She has enriched and guided countless people throughout their marketing tech careers, while putting her companies on the map. When Agata isn’t graciously nurturing the next tech unicorn, she can be found politely listening to her husband’s heavy metal band (with earplugs in).

Executive Director, Harvard Innovation LabsJill Kravetz is the Bruce and Bridgitt Evans Executive Director of the Harvard Innovation Labs. Jill leads the i-lab team in helping students and alumni grow as innovators.
Jill’s career spans entrepreneurship, executive leadership, strategy consulting, and venture capital. An entrepreneur at heart, she was co-founder of Gloss48, a beauty-focused e-commerce startup, and co-founder of MiniLuxe, a fast-growing chain of beauty lounges she launched as a partner at Cue Ball Capital.
Jill has also served as a Partner at The Parthenon Group (where she was the first elected female partner), Acropolis Advisors, COO of Bethenny Frankel’s operating company, and CEO of iRelaunch, the leading provider of professional career re-entry services.
Jill is a mom of 3, plus Moose the MiniBernadoodle. You can find her on the spin bike, the ski slopes, losing at Mah Jongg, or working on getting her lone golf club to make contact with the ball.

AVP, Director, Global Leadership Development TJX CompaniesRebecca has been on the front lines of global learning, development, people management, and launching large scale HR solutions for The TJX Companies and Staples since 2002. She has seen every twist and turn imaginable across HR, hiring, and L+D on some of the world’s largest stages. She has been instrumental in TJX’s robust growth, as well as the notoriously fierce employee loyalty that defines the company. Rebecca’s favorite pastime is decorating and re-decorating her home (from HomeGoods and HomeSense, of course).
